Anyone have a Toshiba SD-399OSU region free player? Mine won't play an all region DVD!? - best region free divx dvd recorder 2009
I recently purchased a Toshiba SD-3990 Divx Multi Region Code Free Multi Zone PAL / NTSC DVD Player. It plays DVDs and CDs in order, but promises to be a region free player. If you own one of them, the DVD playback of Region 2, etc.? I have a Region 2 DVD and said that the region is not correct. What the hell? I got off eBay, so I am without a source of repayment down, but played well otherwise.

Evidence of this possibility.
Open the disc tray. In the remote press 2, 4, 0, 3, 9, 6, 0, press ENTER / OK button on the remote. Now, press 9 to put them into play multi-region (when you press on a particular region) play the appropriate number. Then press the Close button on the power of the remote, turn on the player, then again. That should be, hope it works.
